Stuffed Animal Pros (SAP) provides a seamless 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) add-on for a completely hands-off production and distribution cycle. We manage the international logistics, storage, and individual fulfillment of your orders. You build the brand; we handle the boxes.

Pricing Structure (3PL Add-On)
The pricing below covers logistics, storage, and fulfillment management . Note: These are optional add-on services, separate from the cost of your plush. While quoted separately, they can be included on your main production invoice as distinct line items.
1. 3PL Setup Fees (One-Time)
This one-time set-up fee includes:
Logistics project management
Customs coordination
Shopify Collective onboarding
Standard packing materials
First 3 months of storage.

2. Monthly Storage Fees
Billing begins after the initial 90-day included period.

3. Cost to Customer at Checkout
These costs will be prefixed in Shopify.

Fulfillment & Shopify Integration
We bridge our warehouse to your store via Shopify Collective . When a customer buys from you, we ship automatically.
Terms & FAQs
Consolidated Billing: Plush manufacturing and 3PL Setup fees are quoted separately but appear on the same invoice as individual line items.
Included 90-Day Period: Your first 90 days of storage are included in your setup fee.
Ongoing Storage Payment: All accounts require a Credit Card Pre-authorization on file which will be billed monthly after the included 90 day period at the listed storage price.
Billing Cadence: Monthly storage and fulfillment charges, adjusted for remaining inventory, are processed on a single synchronized date each month.
Non-Payment Policy: Failure to pay results in product destruction after 90 days of delinquency.
Collection Rights: For active sellers in arrears, SAP reserves the right to collect owed fees via the Shopify Collective payout split.
Exit Strategy: Unsold product can be shipped to the client in bulk at the client's expense at any time. A shipping quote can be provided upon request.
How do I get photos for my listing?: Clients provide listing photos; SAP can provide production-run photos upon request.
