Our team is dedicated to giving you the best experience, and it all starts with your plush sample. Be wary if any company tries to bypass this step!
During the sample-making process, you get to approve or reject the design and provide feedback for any changes. We will never start working on anything that you haven’t approved first.
You can choose to approve the sample via the Sneak Peek photos we send you via email, or we can send you the physical sample.
